Edward A. Ipser, Jr., PhD brings over twenty years of experience in developing successful software products, engineering teams and business strategies to his position.

Previously Ed Ipser was a founder and President of MarketFusion, Inc. of San Jose, CA, a venture-funded company that streamlined strategic sourcing processes for high-tech hardware companies seeking to reduce bill of materials costs. The company, w hich raised over $20M in venture funding, provided a web-based strategic sourcing application as well as a team of seasoned professionals who had the international contacts necessary to deliver a comprehensive solution. In 1996 Ed Ipser founded SVASE. In 1992 he published Entrepreneurial Software Engineering.

In 1990 Ed Ipser earned his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Southern California. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Math and Psychology and second Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at Texas Christian University.
